How do I take care of my jewelry?

Will my jewelry tarnish once wet? 

Most of our jewelry is NOT tarnish resident, each item has listed materials and instructions. We also provide you with a care card just incase you miss any instructions. 

What size should i get my bracelet?

We recommend sizing at home before purchasing if you're not sure about our sizes we have listed.

What if my jewelry breaks? 

If there was a item quality issue on our end we offer FREE repairs/ replacements ( with photo / video proof) if item(s) were broken before the 30- day mark of receiving it. (please email us - prettyyaesthetics09@gamil.com)

But if the 30- day mark has past you can purchase a repair ticket and ship us your piece of jewelry. REPAIR TICKET  

What if my jewelry is too big or small?

We recommend purchasing our resizing ticket and we will message you to figure out the best size for you and let you know the following steps. RESIZING TICKET

Is there a refund or exchange/ return policy?

All sales are FINAL, no refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed. We offer any and all help that is within our guidelines. We only accept returns on items that are being SERVICED (repaired or resized.)

What if i put in the wrong address? 

You can always email or message us to fix any address errors. If your item (s) has already been shipped, we will re ship the item (s) FREE of charge if RETURNED TO US. If your item (s) are not returned it is out of our hands.

How do i purchase custom jewelry? 

All custom items have instructions and details on what we need from you to create your special piece of jewelry!
